Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) is a common and impairing characterized by angry/irritable mood, argumentative/defiant behavior, vindictiveness. These symptom domains are related to predict attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, conduct mood anxiety problems. ODD often begins early during preschool, relatively stable, exhibits irritability as core feature. also associated with other disruptive behavior disorders problems such peers, toilet training problems, independent sleep. There substantial heterogeneity in ODD, including callous/unemotional pathway reactive mood/ aggression pathway. Yet, accurate characterization of the important for assessment treatment [1].
